A leader must possess the qualities and abilities to be successful at inspiring, convincing, and guiding people to believe in the vision and mission.

TYPES OF LEADERSHIP STYLES
- The most common leadership style in the organization is eight. Some are effective, whereas others are less effective in managing and leading the organization. For instance, Laissez-faire leadership is less intrusive and empowers employees by trusting them to work on their own without supervision. On the other hand, autocratic leadership style, the leader makes decisions without consulting anyone, employees are neither considered nor consulted, and they are expected to follow the lead at the time and pace set by the authority.

Transformational leadership transform and motivates employees.
Laissez-faire leadership is less intrusive and employees work on their own.
Autocratic style, the leader makes decisions without consulting.

- The major leadership styles are transformational and democratic, which are considered most effective for maximum productivity and performance.
Due to the dynamic change, relative change, and diversity changes in the workplace environment of organizations, leaders are faced with challenges that require them to exhibit a higher degree of expertise in leading and managing organizations.
