Event Overview

The painting art show will take place in the working place lobby because is so spacious and

can accommodate many people. The guest’s artists will be Gerhard Richter and Donald Judd.

Donald Judd is well known for “the museum of modern Art (MOMA). The audience will learn

more from the artists and their inspiration about the work. During the events people especially

colleagues will be able to learn different cultures of Spain now that the company is planning to

open an office in Spain. The art event will help people interact freely, gain experience from one

another, challenge their peculiar assumptions and stereotypes.

People usually have different opinions concerning different cultures that they don’t belong

and the flamenco dance event will assist people to learn more. The event will also help the

company advertise its products and services and this will earn the company a good reputation

hence increasing its competitive advantage.

Budget for the event

The budget for the painting art event will be very simple because we will use the ticket

price formula. The cash accumulated from the ticket sales will be used to organize the event. The

tickets will be sold a week before the event so that we can have enough time and resources to make

the event colorful. The estimated budget of $40,000 will be met through the selling of tickets. A

quarter of the amount collected will be used to pay the artists and other minor expenses and the rest

will be distributed to various areas of concern to make the event attractive.

How the company is going to benefit from the art event

The company will have a great chance of marketing its products and services free of

charge. The company can also print brochures to be given to every individual who attends the

painting art events. People can read more about the products and services offered by the company

and understand better. The company can also be used as an example of painting events and this

idea can attract more customers. The paintings can be made on leaflets and other manual bocks

showing the products and services offered by the company. This kind of creativity can attract more

buyers hence increasing the sales of the company (Kamber, 2017).

The company might also get more shareholders who want to invest their money in our

company. Some investors may be pleased by the move of the company of organizing great young

talents paints art show and wish to work with the company. This move can increase capital to the

company and be in a position to increase its stock. The company employees will also have an

opportunity of learning various talents and through painting art and this is an advantage to the

company. This is because the employees might try the creativity they learned through the art event

to solve a company issue in the future.

The art event will also help the company to build a strong network with other

entrepreneurs. Sorts of all business people will be in attendance to gain important knowledge about

paintings and this forum will enable many people to interact and share business ideas and

opportunities. People learn more through others and this forum will enable all the organization

staff to learn more through others in various fields (Lin, 2018).
