Part 1

Actual picture vs deceiving pictures.

The actual picture has not been edited. But the second picture is deceiving the viewer. On a close look, it appears that the second head has been folded inside from the top part. Normally, it cannot be possible for a person to have such deformation of head. This might result in compressing the body organ such as the eyes of the brain and the result might be severe or even cause death. To add on, the person in the image appears healthy. However, compressing the head in such a manner could mean that the guy is in pain (Fonet, 2019).

Part 2

The name of my sculpture is Bernard Fagg. On the comparison between my sculpture and the one called hyperrealist sculptor Ron Mueck. Comparing the two, there is a lot of differences and similarities. To start with, they have both been developed from either wax or caved some materials such as the stone. Also, the majority of them have been molded to represent the face of human beings. On the side of differences, hyperrealist sculptor Ron Mueck represents the face of an actual human being, unlike Bernard Fagg sculpture. Moreover, Ron Mueck is an image of high resolution and they have been painted. The other sculpture has a low resolution and with its original feature as it was molded. (Fonet, 2019).

B, Bernard Fagg Nok Art Sculpture

C, Details, date and media, and size of Nok Art sculpture.

Bernard Fagg Nok art is referred to as the huge animal, human, and other additional figures that are made out of pottery called terracotta. It has a size of about 300 mm to 1 M meter. It was first designed In the year 1943 (Oxenfree, 2020).

On the comparison between my sculpture and the one discussed in the PACK, the once from the PACK appears to be of modern times. The way they appear is an indication that they are machine designed, unlike mine which was created from the work of the hands. Ore over, they have been polished with some decorations (CMO, 2017).

Some techniques have been used in making the sculptural. To start with is clay modeling. This is used to be the use of the clay soil and mold the appropriate sculpture. Secondly is wood carving. This is the technique of using wood and shape it via the appropriate tools to come up with the correct sculpture, others included wax modeling and stone carving (Fonet, 2019).

The reason I like my sculpture is that it has originated from the creativeness and effort of the individuals hence the originality and uniqueness remain (Fonet, 2019).
