This essay requires you to combine the knowledge that you have collected about research with what you have learned about argument strategy. Therefore, while this is an argumentative essay (meaning that you will have a central position on an issue and argue that position throughout the essay) it is also a research essay (meaning that you will conduct research and present your findings to support your position). · Argumentative organizational structure (claim, evidence, reasoning, refutation of opposing viewpoints, conclusion)

· APA Formatting

· All material from sources must be cited in-text using APA format

· References page following the essay, formatted in APA

· 6-9 pages

· Times New Roman, 12-point font OR Calibri, 11-point font

· 1” margins

· Double-spaced, no extra spaces between paragraphs

· APA format throughout the essay
