America is in danger if developing one of the poorest educated populations among Western industrial nations. Even our president has voiced concern that as our world grows more technical, all Americans need some higher education. Therefore, it is proposed that, instead of stopping with the 12th grade, beginning Fall, 2020, all U.S. Students would be required to continue their public education through 2 year of a community college or the first 2 years at a four year university.
