Excerpts from previous marketing strategy, analyses and plans

Marketing objective

Our ultimate goal is to increase student user satisfaction. This objective was chosen based on

students being the largest user demographic for this platform. Although not part of the

decision-making process, this demographic can represent and illustrate user needs and

wants, which are important if the organsiation wants to stay ahead of the curve. With

constant market growth, better designed platforms that are human-centric and consider the

end user experience will thrive and earn higher market share. Therefore, this revitalization

project is worth the time and consideration.

Sales in last year and sales forecast from previous marketing research activities

Target customers

The typical target customers have the following characteristics:

• Middle-sized businesses (20-1000 employees) which have distributed sales force,

several subsidiaries or a retail chain, or which hire high volumes of the temporary

working force.

• Education agencies that offer different forms of testing before or after their training

programmers as a part of their activities. These agencies very often use Learning

Management Systems which have costs of access, or are limited by time, which
