Portfolio goal: Create a presentation (6-10 slides) with speaker’s notes.

Portfolio Details:

1. Use the internet to find an article about the approaches to and theories of leadership and the challenges that today’s leaders face.

2. Create the presentation 6-10 slides to document the following.

· Summarize your findings from #1 on the first slide of your presentation.

· Choose one of the approaches to leadership that you believe would best fit your management style.
