NB. My topic for my applied project will be on Ethics and Values within organizational development of the military in the Air Force. Students are required to analyze an ethical decision-making dilemma on Ethics and Values within the organizational development of the military in the Air Force. The best projects address a relevant, immediate and important ethical decision that must be made or has been recently made. The Applied Project should be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 pages typed in length, 12 point New Times Roman font, double-spaced with standard one-inch margins all around. The structural model for students to follow is: Introduction and Background; Problem Identification; Alternate Solutions; Recommended Solution including logic supporting the recommendation. APA style is required. Late submissions will be not be accepted. Students are responsible for submitting an Organizational Ethics Project: on Ethics and Values within the organizational development of the military in the Air Force: Faced with increasing pressure to create an ethical environment at work, businesses can take tangible steps to improve their ethical performance. The organization’s culture and ethical work climate play a significant role in promoting ethics at work. Ethical situations arise in all areas and functions of business, and often professional associations seek to guide managers in addressing these challenges. Corporations can also implement ethical safeguards to create a 4 comprehensive ethics program. This can become a complex challenge when facing different customs and regulations around the world. Organizational Ethics Project: requires preparing an Ethical Responsibility Report for one’s own current (or possibly a former organization) based on the information presented in the textbook and through additional research. This project should be an overall evaluation and critique of the organization’s ethical responsibility performance (based on the criteria discussed in the textbook regarding business ethics and social responsibility) as it relates to the organization’s key stakeholders. It should also include the student’s suggestions/ recommendations for improvement derived from information in the textbook, online readings, and research publications. The paper should be at least 10-15 typed pages, with relevant citations (at least five references must be scholarly in nature; one of the references must be the textbook (include citations)*) using APA style, double spaced, and in 12 pt.
