RE: APPEAL TO BE ACCEPTED INTO THE UNIVERSITY

I wish to send this letter to request reconsideration for admission into Waldorf

University. The low-grade average was because my father fell sick during the semester, and I had to take time to take care of him. He had developed a severe case of gastritis, which had caused him debilitating pain to the point where he could not appropriately take care of himself. Being the only child, I had to spend a lot of time taking care of him and ensuring that I attended to his needs. He has since recovered and resumed his job.

With his recovery, I can now put in the study time required to excel in your school. I believe that I have the capability to excel at my exams, and had my situation been better, I would not have attained the low-grade levels. I believe that this second chance will help me prove this.
