Project Name: SAP migration for USAA's Mortgage and Auto Insurance
Location: Colorado Springs, CO, USA
Project goal
The goal of this project is to upgrade the SAP software for our client USAA that would allow our software to handle their mortgage and auto insurance’s claims, queries, sales, upgrades, and feedback. After implementation of our software in client system we are projecting that their sales will increase by 20% a year and will provide premier customer support at no cost for the first two and then 25% off 3-5 years. The migration of SAP will address the issues like Sever latency, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Payment Queries, Auto Payment Setup, Report/File Claim, Updates policy as per state requirements, Single sign on to the banking customer
Business case
USAA is using traditional software that is more than 15 years old for its mortgage and Auto Insurance payments online. The recent breach on March 15, 2019, called the attention of stakeholders and decided to upgrade the system with our software. There were multiple login issues, mismatch payments and errors on policy and customers information. The customer service was getting massive traffic of phone calls and email inquiries. The situation was worsening with the recent breach. Our company's mission is to help our client by providing the premier customer support and the latest technology helping to transform the business.
Expected project outcome
A robust system that allows all the customers to login and use various service to handle their business with USAA.
