Title of Problem Analysis Paper

In the first paragraph, introduce your topic. What is happening? Why is it a problem? What are the impacts of the problem? Who is impacted by it? End the paragraph with a thesis statement that is a single complete sentence. The thesis should state clearly what the problem is. It may or may not include solutions.

Body paragraphs will include evidence to support (prove) your thesis statement. The purpose of a problem analysis is to understand the problem, to break it down into its component parts. Be sure to make smooth transitions from one body paragraph to the next.

In the conclusion, restate your thesis statement in a slightly different way. Provide a pleasing sense of closure for your readers, something they will remember about this problem and its importance.
