Sales and Marketing will brainstorm ideas for the entertainment and team building exercises along with the games including child friendly activities

Sales will contact the DJ that does all of the events to see what his quotes are and what all he would need to ensure safety

A final vote will take place, and everyone will vote in the who is most likely to show how well they know their coworkers

Planning Starts

Sales and Marketing discuss a date

Customer Service, I.T. and HR colab on a voting platform

Sales and Marketing discuss the rental equipment, DJ, entertainment and games

All departments brainstorm the different ways to promote this event

They look for a family friendly beach access

They then condut voting for attendace, food beverage, games and other votings

I.T., Sales and Marketing are on site for when the equipment arrives and when its time for it to be packed up

They then plan a theme around that so that the decorations and other items can be hung

HR and I.T. then create the flyers to send via email, SMS and posted around the office

Custotomer service and I.T. plan the menu to cater to each need by selecting the top three items in each category so everyone can have a little of everything.
