Question One
I have learnt that feeling anxious is normal, and everyone experiences this now and then. For instance, when an individual is faced with a problem, in times of making decisions, and before taking tests. Anxiety disorders are diverse. When an individual is anxious about something, he or she may be at distress, and this can hinder or lower the ones performance in his or her daily task. Thus anxiety disorder is mental illness.
Question Two
The people facing anxiety disorder are overwhelmed by worry and fear, which acts as hindrances while working or solving a problem. Generally, anxiety disorders are of different types. Among them are panic disorders, social anxiety disorders, general anxiety disorders, and specific phobia. When anxiety disorders are left untreated, they might cause more harm or damages both to the life of individuals suffering from them, to the society, and towards the nation. However, with treatment, it possible to manage the situation of the patients of anxiety disorders and thus, fulfilling life will be attained.
Question Three
No, I still classify anxiety disorders as a mental disorder. Even though its exact cause is unknown, changes in an individual brain, environmental stress as well as genetic factors are susceptible causes of this condition. Early diagnosis and seeking treatment either medication or psychotherapy, are the most remedies towards quick recovery from anxiety disorders.
