Anxiety and alcohol abuse 3

Anxiety And Alcohol Abuse It is important to check the connection between anxiety and alcohol abuse, to prevent people from falling into severe depression and phobias; also to know which ages and genders are most vulnerable. In these articles I could discover that most of them are related in that not only anxiety is a factor, but also depression, as a psychological future it caught my attention since depression and anxiety are increasing every day, many people suffer from it for different disorders that they have experienced in their life. As a person who comes from a Caribbean country, in our culture the fact of ingesting alcohol from a young age is associated, which is not good since it causes an addiction. It is also associated that when one feels depressed, upset, with mixed emotions, one ingests alcohol to minimize the confusion they have in the moment. But after reading these articles that talk from anxiety, phobias and alcohol addiction to becoming alcoholic, I realized that in our countries they are not used to going to the psychologist to face these problems that are common and anyone can develop them they have neither age nor gender.
