WAIVER OF FULL FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE

The Husband, , files this answer to the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed by the Wife, , and admits each and every allegation as contained therein.

The Husband acknowledges that the parties have freely and voluntarily entered into a Joint Stipulation and Property Settlement Agreement dated ______________, 20__, in full settlement of all issues to be determined in this action. The Husband requests that the Court approve the Property Settlement Agreement and incorporate the terms of said Agreement into the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage.

The Husband waives service of process in this matter.

The Husband waives any further notice in this cause and consents to this cause proceeding ex parte, and specifically waives notice of the entry of the Final Judgment, and waives any time requirements imposed by Florida Statute §61.19 (2012).

The Husband further waives the requirements of Fla. Fam. L. R. P. 12.285 pertaining to mandatory disclosure of financial information. The Husband acknowledges that the filing of a Financial Affidavit cannot be waived.
