Robert M. Lopez opened the meeting by welcoming the project team and expressing the importance of this project as it relates to ANox Pharmaceutics. ANox pharmaceutics will be subject to a government audit within the next 6 months for sales consultants. Mr. Lopez is expected to report to a sub committee.

It has been brought to his attention that sales consultants are not adhering to ANox policy. This could put the organization at risk.

Mr. Lopez expects this team to provide:

· Summary of sales consultants not adhering to policy

· Sales consultants that may be in policy but behaviors are trending toward noncompliance.

Provide Mr. Lopez a report that will visually represent your findings. An executive summary report will also be provided.

Mr. Lopez expressed the need not only to look for outliners using ANox Pharmaceutics

Sales Consultant Selling Practices Policy P1029 – Year 2014, but to analyze the data beyond the policy and look for any trends that may indicate potential noncompliance of the policy.
