This source describes what BPD is. This source is relevant to the research because it gives insight on BPD, and how to identify it. The reason why this topic is so important is because someone can have BPD, and do not realize it. One of the actions of BPD is bullying. It is important for people to understand what this mental health issue actually is.

Stopbullying.gov is a website based anti-bullying organization that provides resources and education on what bullying is and ways to mitigate it. This source will help in this research study because it will provide the sources that will help educate and train on how to mitigate bullying. This will help make an assessment on what recommendations that can be made to better the organization.

This source has information that actually breaks down the psychology of kids that bully. They go in-depth about kids who tend to be aggressors, and how aggressive behavior is usually the personality trait of a bully. This source is very useful because it breaks down what the research paper is actually about.

Wrangham shares his research findings on two types of aggressions. The two types of aggression that he speaks of is proactive and reactive aggression. Reactive aggression happens when someone is provoked. Proactive aggression happens when an reward of some sorts is expected. He compares chimpanzees and humans. He pointed out that humans are more proactive aggressors compared to chimpanzees. Overall, the information presented s is very much relevant to the topic of bullying. Bully-like traits stems from inner aggression that has never been addressed.
