Week 1 Announcement – Please Read

Welcome to the class. We are now working in Week 1. This week we have two discussion board assignments. There is not a writing assignment this week. There is a quiz.

Remember

Your initial (first) discussion board posts should be posted by midnight on Thursday (October 14).

Your initial discussion board post should be over 250 words.

You must reply to at least two student posts to obtain full credit for the discussion board assignment.

All discussion board replies and the quiz for week 1 are due by midnight on Sunday, October 17.

For the Second Discussion Board Assignment, please be sure to explain how the following factors account for criminal behavior in the case study:

Parenting styles and practices

Peer influences

Conditioning and reinforcement
