Annotated Bibliography Peer Review Form

Address each item below. BE SPECIFIC in your answers. The more accurately detailed you are, the better your peer review score will be.

1. The annotated bibliography should include citations, summaries, and evaluations for FIVE credible sources in the writer’s discipline area.

2. Citations should be presented in correct MLA format with all information necessary about each source, according to the type of source it is.

3. Summaries should provide brief, accurate overviews for each source.

4. Each source annotation should contain a clear evaluation of the source, including its value to the student’s career.
