Both the authors of this article are researchers and they have taken part in various researches. This article indicated that reading and writing instructors are experiencing success by utilizing computer-based instructions. The primary objective of this research study was to use computers in adult literacy and basic education programs to teach the art of writing. It has been observed earlier that computers can play their part in enhancing the writing instructions with regards to adult. The study was trying to find out that how writing programs based on computers are used with latest trends, what are the associated issues, and how the future would be. The overall results of the study could not show any viable future to discuss, but it was found that use of computer was proved beneficial in teaching the process of writing for adults, which means that more use will come up with better results (Freer and Alexander). It again reaffirms the importance of topic of computer learning center being analyzed in this annotated bibliography.
Geisert, Gene, and Rita Dunn. “Effective Use of Computers: Assignments Based on
Individual Learning Style.” Clearing House, vol. 64, no. 4, Mar. 1991, p.

Geisert and Dunn have written books and involved in various research works, which makes this study a reliable one, as it has been conducted by the experienced researchers. There was time, when predictions were made that computer will be heavily used in schools, and even there would be a time, when each student will use his/her own computer in the class. But due to various reasons, it has not happened so far. It was observed that each individual has his/her own learning style, which means that many of them are not able to adjust with sequential style of computers. So, study was aimed at knowing the results regarding individuals learning style. The overall results showed positive results in use of computer for instructions tool with regards to students, who possessed specific learning styles. Some teachers are also still resistant to use of computers, but if proper methodologies are used to comply with different learning styles of different students, the computer can have various positive effects.
Glaser, Manuela, et al. “Designing Computer-Based Learning Contents: Influence of
Digital Zoom on Attention.” Educational Technology Research & Development,
vol. 65, no. 5, Oct. 2017, pp. 1135–1151. EBSCOhost, doi:10.1007/s11423-016-9495-9.
Manuela Glaser has been a researcher in the Realistic Depictions Lab. It is important to mention here that Glaser, research work have great background and experience in her respective fields. This article explains about the digital zoom as a tool for directing attention while looking at visual learning material. The basic purpose of the study was to see the influence of digital zoom on the attention of visual learners. The participants of this study were provided minimal zoom-out based film clips, minimal zoom-in based film clips, and static film clips. When results were analyzed keeping the expectations in mind, it was evident that more gaze coherence was found with minimal zoom-ins as expected but results for the digital zoom-outs were not as per expectation. It was expected that opposite results would be taken from digital zoom-outs, but they also showed similar results as shown by the digital zoom-ins. This research and its results are very important to understand the role of computer learning center as a service.

Shawareb is Associate Professor in the field of early childhood education, and this article is also trying to figure out effects of computer use on Kindergarten children. The major scope of this article was to find answer for the two questions; first question was related to creative thinking of children whether it is enhanced by an environment, where computer is used; secondly if gender has anything to do with the creativity of children while using computer. The groups used in this experiment had the facility of computer learning centers in their classes. The results showed that gender had no significant pattern to talk about any differences in level of creativity, but there was bit difference found as per the results of children under controlled and experimental groups. Overall results did show positive relations between computer use and its effects on creativity, which also shows the importance of computer learning center in the childhood education.
