This article talks about the telehealth approaches to healthcare delivery and how it can improve the quality of services as well as the clinical outcomes as well as reducing mortality and hospital utilization. The authors of this article are highly experienced in the field of medicine and some of them are lecturers in prestigious universities. For instance, Billingsley Kaambwa is a lecturer of medicine at Flinders University School of Medicine. The author’s intended audience includes the older people and those in need of palliative care. According to this study, the interviewed individuals held the opinion that they preferred telehealth services that comprised all aspects of care that are relatively inexpensive.

All the authors are highly experienced authors with several years of service in medicine. For instance, Victoria is a senior lecturer at the University of Adelaide. Their intended audiences include the senior clinicians as well as the policymakers.

For instance, Dorsey, E.R. is a professor of neurology at the University of Rochester Medical Center School of Medicine and Dentistry. The author's intended audience is the clinicians who should reduce the financial burden and enable everyone to receive healthcare. The research is related to other articles selected in the sense that they all seek to address the problems facing patients with regards to telehealthcare practice. Furthermore, this article supports the topic in the sense that it seeks to find a way of reducing financial burdens so as to enable people to access healthcare.

The objective of this research was to establish the satisfaction of the patients with regards to telehealth programs. According to this research, a good number of patients reported high satisfaction based on their telehealth experience. This is due to the perceived convenience and the quality of care provided to the patients. The authors of the article are highly experienced in the field of medicine with a long experience in practice medical practice. The intended audiences are the patients whereby the authors sort to find out their level of satisfaction. Elsewhere, this research is related to other researchers’ in the sense that it seeks to address the convenience brought about by telehealthcare services. Furthermore, this research supports the topic under study because it suggests that telehealth facilitates access to healthcare.

The authors of this article carried out a study with the objective of establishing the feasibility of a home-based telehealth whereby patients will be accorded the convenience of treatment and other related services. The results of this study indicated that patients were successfully managed through the use of telehealth programs. The authors of this article are highly experienced medical practitioners with several years of experience. The authors’ main audience was the patients who receive medical services through telehealth. This article is related to all the others in the sense that it seeks to establish how healthcare services provided through telehealth contribute to cost saving both on the side of the practitioners as well as the patients themselves.

The objective of this study was to establish whether or not telehealth clinics increased access to health care among the adults leaving in Western Australia. Therefore, the researchers increased the access by offering telehealth clinics so as to evaluate the impact it has on the overall outcome. The results of the study indicated that there was an improvement in the level of satisfaction whereby participants held the opinion that telehealth was a convenient way to deliver healthcare services. The authors of this article are highly experienced psychotherapy practitioners and lectures at Curtin University in Western Australia. This article is related to all the other articles in the sense that it contributes to the knowledge about the overall wellness of patients with regards to the use of telehealthcare. Furthermore, this article supports the topic under consideration because it emphasizes increasing access to telehealth through the use of telehealth clinics.

Lee, A. C. W., & Billings, M. (2016). Telehealth implementation in a skilled nursing facility: case report for physical therapist practice in Washington. Physical therapy, 96(2), 252-259.

According to this article, a study was conducted in 2009 to establish whether or not telehealth could be used to meet the requirements of physical therapy supervision. The result of the study indicated that the pilot program was a success and therefore a telehealth practice language for physical therapy should be established. The authors of this article are highly experienced in their field of specialization. For instance, Lee, A.C.W is a lecturer at Mount Saint Mary University in Los Angeles heading the department of physical therapy. The intended audience of this research are the patients seeking medical services with regards to physical therapy. Elsewhere, this research is related to other articles in the sense that it contributes the relevant knowledge required in implementing telehealth in health care. Equally, the article supports the topic under study in the sense that it brings in an element of the human factor in contributing to the success of telehealth.
