Annotated Bibliography Instructions
You will create an Annotated Bibliography that will serve as the research foundation of your literature review. You may use the sources you identified in earlier assignments. The bibliography must use at least 10 data-driven, peer-reviewed journal articles related to your research topic: Flexible learning for disabled students.
The 10 empirical, scholarly journal articles must have been published within the last 5 years. Be sure to select a variety of designs that you can use in your literature review. Do not use sources that are practitioner articles, conference papers, book reviews, editorials, etc. You must follow current APA format (including a title page, abstract, and reference page).
Specific Guidelines
· Access the research journals through education databases within the library, such as Academic Search Complete or Education Research Complete. Avoid searching for articles using generic search engines such as Google, Bing, etc. The 10 sources must be data-driven research journal articles that contain traditional aspects of research: research questions, methods, findings, discussion, etc.
· Each journal article citation will be accompanied by a substantive annotation (i.e. a summary) of 150 words, describing the article’s methods, findings, and a general description of its relevance to your topic. For more information on annotations, see Annotated Bibliography.
· Remember this assignment will be submitted via the SafeAssign plagiarism tool, so be careful to summarize the material using your own words. It is strongly suggested that you review the SafeAssign report that is generated. Do not copy the abstract of the articles, as this will be considered plagiarism.
· Provide a title page, abstract, and reference page. The abstract must be a 120 word summary of the overall results of your research regarding your topic.
· The final product must follow current APA format requirements and must be submitted in a Microsoft Word document. The entire paper must be between 1,500–2,000 words, not counting title page, abstract, and reference pages.
