For my Researched Argument Essay I would like to research animal cruelty and illegal puppy mills. I will research and argue why there needs to be tougher laws and stricter punishments against those who are convicted of operating puppy mills and committing animal cruelty. I chose this topic because I believe there is a problem with both.
