Business Strategy

Microsoft is very aware that in this day of the modernized culture we live in technology lies at the core of innovation; hence, they have set this as the foundation of their business strategy. Microsoft’s main objective is to make sure that both the individual consumer as well as the business consumer have the appropriate high-tech devices that will allow them to obtain the company’s goals. The organization is expecting to obtain a return and enhance their operation and process by using this strategy. By using this type of strategy is not only beneficial to the organization but also the consumer. Organizations need to make sure they are taking into consideration the wellbeing of the consumer when creating the company’s business strategy.

Global Competitiveness Plan

In the business world in which Microsoft is operating we see a large amount of competition due to the global need for the service offered, thus the effectiveness of the strategy must be used. Global competitiveness plans for an organization is known by the quality of product and service that is produced (Erica,2012). Microsoft intentions are to show that their product and service are top of the line so they will have a piece of the markets business for their own. In a world-wide company, a business needs to concentrate on the parts that will give them the advantage and placing them above the competition.
