Milestone Three: Analysis Outline

I. Introduction: Background information on the conflict regarding the immunization policy in the county, thesis statement, and overview of the sections in the paper.

II. Analysis of the needs and interests of the key stakeholders.

A. Healthcare workers and public-school children: These stakeholders need to live and operate in an environment that does not adversely impact their wellbeing.

B. Evergreen Legislature: This stakeholder needs to come up with policies that are best suited to meet the needs of the county.

C. Nurses: They require the county to take preventive healthcare seriously (Pope, 2019; Largeron et al., 2019).

D. Religious leaders: These stakeholders require their freedoms not to be infringed.

E. The business community: These stakeholders require the county to have positive healthcare outcomes, which will spur economic growth.

III. Current healthcare laws and policies will be applied to the problem. Description of various federal and state laws and how they impact the immunization conflict in Evergreen County.

IV. Explanation of why stakeholder value conflicts may exist in this environment. Conflicts may exist due to two reasons. First, the proposed legislation has the potential of preventing people from exercising their freedom of religion. Second, the alternative proposal affects people's right to life.

V. Evaluation of the legal risks and malpractice issues identified in Milestone Two.

A. The proposed legislation can adversely affect people’s right to religion.
