Amazon has outlined various working that has played a key role in transforming the cooperating organization. In this regard, the management has outlined a functional organization framework whose key role includes setting the roadmap in its major business point. About the video, they have focused more on marketing functionality, management, and product engineering as part of sustainable development. Despite the company being a large entity that carries out corporate business, there is a great customer preference. They have divided work delivery and processes into small units to increase management, quantity, and quality. This factor is joined and supported by the universal ethical principles which make customer management more effective(Mark, 2019).

I must admit that having small working structures has made Amazon Company one of the world's best. They can create a pool of services and more so manage the service demand in the region. Each group has a defined role that they should play in the company. In this regard, compliance is done more effectively, making it possible to monitor every process taking place in the organization. Leveling guidelines provided general management and running of the organization. It also prevents errors that would have else come along in case the management was long structured. On the same note, they prefer monopoly since they can manage prices and reduce and manage competition.

The company has set the way for universal ethical principles for the longest period. This approach has enhanced universal and abstract values that are key in the service delivery process in the wider scope. Some of the acquired values include having dignity, respect, justice, and equality at all times. This infrastructure acts as a guiding force that has ensured a meaningful working approach in amazon. Consequently, this has increased profit margin in such a great way (Mark, 2019).
