Regarding the recruitment of the personnel as crew members of HydroSails.

Dear Mabel Chong,

Hope you’ re doing good. This letter is informed you that the head office of HydroSails make decision that they are going to send trouble- shooters named Harry Tunlap and Chris Marsh on Friday 04 April at 8:00 am in Hong Kong and will stay for five days. The reason behind this was unnecessary fought between crew members that were being recruited for our company that does not comply with standards for the company and moreover, their conducts is not ethically and legally appropriate for the company as well as their personal label is concerned. Many of the recent recruits have been the legal rules and regulation of the company, not performing according to the desired standards even getting indulged in the activities like theft that are determinant to the security of the company and is also legally wrong. Moreover, the recent recruits are so unprofessional that they become violent while being on the job and is often seen fighting with the other crew members creating a sense chaos in the organization. They have made the whole scene of the job unprofessional and this is affecting the performance of the current employee and organization as whole.

In order to ensure that your recruitment is aligned with the standards of the organization and that you follow all the procedure as dictated by the organization, we are sending of the member of HR team to analyze your recruitment process. They would be guiding you through the recruitment and world make you aware of the recent amendments in the process of the recruitment by the company. They would also check your basis of recruitment and whether it meets the standard of the company. If you are recruitment process fail in the meeting the standard then they would be training for the same.
