1.0 PROJECT TITLE
Airline Operations - Major Project Outline
1.1 DESCRIPTION
The aviation world is ever changing and each operator in the business has to be agile to ensure they stay competitive. In this class, we look at how airlines operate and get a better understanding of their relationship with other third party organizations. We know some of the history of what it took for the airlines to survive or develop their business offering. This project will offer the student the chance to research carriers, key personalities in the business, research the newest developments affecting the aviation stage, and share their findings with the students.
You will work with your team members on the selected project as assigned. To support your idea use examples of economic perspective, operating costs, airline structure, functions and overall formally present a documented plan and analysis of your idea. Remember you are competing against other teams who will be presenting their ideas/finding.
