Ali Pay- Program Selection Process
Program Selection Process:
Like all other organizations, Ali Pay uses the program selection process as a part of their plan. An excel sheet will all the tasks along with their duration is mentioned by the people working in the management of project.

The time period associated with each of the tasks has been mentioned. The time period and the level of achievements covered by the task is actually one of way to assess that which tasks needs higher priority in comparison to the other. Another way of assessing the tasks done by the company is by making a gantt chart. The Gantt chart followed by Alipay is as follows:

While coming up with the program selection of AliPay initially Amazon was another company under consideration for the purpose of PMO. Amazon use graphs in comparison to the time and coverage (tasks completed) by the bigger task under observation.
To conclude, Both the companies are using different methods of assessing the program selection process which are valuable for the working of the company.
