Project goal

The project that has been taken here is a building construction project. My role of mine within the construction project is that of a designer. The primary goals of building the construction project are mainly to complete the project of construction within the time duration that has been allocated. For constructing the building, recognizing the requirement of business for constructing the project building as possible (Luoet al.,2017). The project that I have been involved in was one dream project,and the project was done in my local place, and there, the value of the project was much higher.

Scope of project

At the starting of the project, the scope of the project was not clear enough. Clearly defined work is very necessary from the beginning of the project. Who needs to do what is a major query in any project. A clear definition of goals is very significant for meeting the scopes and goals of a project (Corvelloet al.,2017). The scope of any project does define the allotted tasks of the workers. The technical details and the management of work and admin have been processed for having an overview of the particular project. The project certainly got the value for recognizing within the system and moving on the way for reflecting the work process.

List of deliverables

The deliverables are the engineering report, drawing design, product quality improvement, procedure response and required pieces of equipment. The first deliverable is the engineer report, the second deliverable is the design of the drawing, the third deliverable is the improvement of product quality, the fourth deliverable will be procedure response, and the fifth deliverable will be required pieces of equipment.
