Research paper, (about 1000-1250 words)

Topic: Food injustice under the COVID-19.

1.Incorporate the academic literature (a minimum of three academic journal articles).

2. Close with your own reflection on the state of our knowledge about your topic from a food justice perspective.

Papers should include the following sections.

· Introduction: Frame your topic as a matter of food justice.

· Include a statement as to how/why the topic you chose is a matter of food justice. This is your thesis statement and the rest of your paper should support it.

· Findings: Present the information to support your thesis statement.

· I recommend structuring the findings section by theme/sub-topic (not by source) for maximum utility in the next section. Information from at least three academic journal articles, supplemented as necessary with other kinds of sources if needed.

· Discussion: Describe the significance of the information you've just presented.

· In other words, make your arguments about how this information supports your food justice thesis statement.

· Be clear, specific, critical, and thorough.

· Conclusion: Reflect on the current state of our knowledge on this topic in a food justice perspective.

· How does your research confirm (or perhaps question or contradict) what is known about this topic?

· What does your work suggest is yet unknown/undone?
