Value-Added

Analyze the value chain for the industry. Who are the middlemen? Are there any middlemen? How does the marketing mix apply to the industry? What kind of value (types of utility) is added and how? Explain how this benefits the customers buying or using the product or service. How do firms in the industry attempt to gain a competitive advantage?

Conclusion

Summarize your sales presentation. Remember to include the concepts discussed in class and the book that is relevant to your sales presentation. Explain why a potential customer

should buy your product or service. How will they use the product or service? Etc. What are the benefits?
