After reading CH 2, you should have a basic understanding of diversity as it pertains to organizational behavior in sport. Given diversity's central role in sport (both surface- and deep-level), share your perspective(s) on how sport organizations leverage diversity for competitive advantage. Specifically, provide examples of organizations/individuals whom you feel do this in a unique/effective manner. You can also comment on specific league-wide diversity initiatives (e.g., the NFL's Rooney Rule) and the extent to which you think they've been successful (or not).
