Assignment African

In this assignment, referring to Chapter 5 and at least one of the chapter materials (video or article) briefly describe in a short paragraph or two (no more than 10 sentences) how racism and discrimination based on color and race have affected the mental health of African Americans. As mentioned in the chapter, what are some of the physical and mental effects of racism and discrimination in the workplace, at school, at the market, at the bank, or on the street that many Blacks experience daily in America? What are some of the challenges and/or obstacles that Blacks must navigate in order to survive in America? You may also refer to the recent protests and demonstrations that took place throughout the country, the 2020 election, or describe a personal experience (past or present) if you like. In addition, make sure to be as specific as possible in your references to the textbook.
