Most people in the United States of America and the entire world have different views on existing covid-19 vaccines. Ccording to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2021), the minority groups are known to receive limited vaccine vials, reduced education on the disease and the vaccines alongside less inoculation (COVID et al., 2021). It appears to affect the minority communities as they feel the effect of the disease severity. The assignment focuses on creating a public service announcement to improve the minority groups' education related to the severity of the covid-19 virus and the community's vaccination role through fear appeal and the precaution adoption process model.

In conclusion, World Health Organization (2021), education on the coronavirus vaccination process is critical as people have limited chances of spreading the disease. The PAPM is an individual that does involve critical stages including lack of awareness, not being engaged by the issue, undecided and decided, acting and maintaining the process for long. When followed towards a given vaccination process, all the stages will be involved. UNHR (2021), posit that the fear appeal approach, which installs the perception of death or infection of severe diseases, is critical in ensuring every individual participates. As presented on the storyboard, educating people has facilitated positive outcomes about the immunization process.
