Sort of A correction to THE lecture
First is a general (not smart) goal
That leads to a strategy for achieving it
Which leads to a smart goal or objective
Here you must research your situation and your audience
Then you can either choose a channel based on the audience
Or choose tactics based on your audience
Then do the other thing
I imply that there is a fixed sequence of events from goals to strategy to objective etc.
