The situation

Andrew Blanco is an inmate at the San Quentin State Penitentiary located in California. Lately, Mr. Blanco has been experiencing bouts of anxiety, panic disorder, and depression. Mr. Blanco does not know why this is occurring and has not admitted to any disorders but has been referred by the Lieutenant to go to counseling to address his disorders.
