Content:

1. You must have an introduction with thesis statement and conclusion.

2. Be sure to clearly state whether you believe the requirements are or are not met to proceed with Physician Aid-in-Dying, and WHY you believe this.

3. Be sure to clearly state whether you believe mental health is a component that is evaluated and considered in Death with Dignity legislation, and WHY you believe this.

4. Define what surrogate decision-making is (at least one example) and discuss how this works with Physician Aid-in-Dying.

5. Be sure to describe what you think the future may hold for the concept of Physician Aid-in-dying. There is no WRONG to this unless you don’t address it – just share your thoughts.
