Outcomes

Developing a cloud-based solution where customers can access the software remotely on their own devices

Regular brainstorming meetings were held. However, these were usually attended by the sales representatives and not many other employees attended.

The new idea was launched ahead of schedule and customer surveys showed that they were satisfied with the product. Only one customer had unresolved technical issues.

Develop video for sales staff to use online to promote and demonstrate the product

Regular brainstorming meetings were held. However, these were usually attended by the sales representatives and not many other employees attended.

Sales policy was updated in June 2022.

Automate financial processes

Staff feedback show resistance to change. Work hours have not significantly decreased, and the admin team are still opting for manual financial processes even though the automated processes work.

Financial Policies and Procedures were updated as planned. However, the system needs to be maintained either by an external service provider or the IT department.
