6) Refering to the Conundrum (refer to the assignment Notes & Question paper), recommend how NTUC should response to the conundrum (keep in mind the possible technology and environment impact such as CO2)

2) Root definition (based on the selected problem that you are tackling)

3) CATWOE (to test the Root Definition)

4) Business Process Plans (to support with relevant literature)

PART 3 (Focus on Internal Benefits):

1) Balanced score card using the template given – approx. 100 words for each prospective

· To discuss how the business performance can be measured post implementation for the new process (refer to last 3 years of annual reports and other relevant data for improvement and target trends for NTUC)
