I would like to provide some additional instruction on what needs to be done for your final paper. 

Before beginning your paper, please take a look at the attached outline. This outline is simply a guideline of what should be included in your paper to earn the best grade possible. The outline IS NOT FORMATTED and you should not plug your paper into the outline. I've also attached an APA template for you to use. Should you choose not to use the template, please make sure you include a cover page, abstract, running head and reference page at a minimum.

What exactly are you supposed to do?

1. Write a paper about  a specific industry or company  in the business sector. 

2. Please address all elements noted in the template: 

· an executive summary

· management (levels, roles, etc)

· business structure

· organizing resources

· views on ethics

· emotional intelligence

· teams. 

3. Include an APA formatted reference page. Please use bibme.org or Purdue Owl if you need assistance with APA style. Please be aware, there will be an automatic 10 point deduction if you do not attempt APA. Do not simply provide web addresses. You should also include in-text citations every time you use information from a resource. 

***** This paper requires a minimum of 7–10  scholarly sources  using Googlescholar.com, Grantham’s Library, or the textbook. In GU500, each of you learned how to use the Grantham Library. I expect you to do so for this paper. Non-scholarly resources will not count towards your 7-10.
