Activity 10 A: Work Breakdown Structure

Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the following scope:

1. Requirement 1:  3 bedrooms

2. Requirement 2:  2.5 bathrooms

3. Requirement 3:  Pool 

4. Requirement 4:  2 patios, one patio should be enclosed

Your WBS should be based upon your chosen Life Cycle Methodology and include any deliverables. 

Assignment Requirements:

1. The assignment is to answer the question provided above in essay form.

2. Where applicable students can include diagrams if it will help provide a pictorial view of the solution.   

3. This is to be in narrative form and should be as thorough as possible.

4. Bullet points should not be used. 

5. The paper should be at least 1.5 - 2 pages in length.

6. Times New Roman 12-pt font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins

7. Utilizing at least one outside scholarly or professional source related to project management. The textbook should also be utilized.

8. Do not insert excess line spacing.

9. APA formatting and citation should be used.
