Action Research

The action research study is a method that teachers use to find solutions in a way of researching their practice to tackle solutions in the field of education. The action research should be done by someone who belongs to that environment and he/ she should be someone who knows the environment or field of an organization better. An action research study that is being used by teachers in the classroom is because that teacher knows the environment well and he/she knows every student weakness in academic performance. Action research can also be used by peoples directly in the field of an organization he/she is working or living (Sagor, 2010). In education, action research can be defined as a method that is used to tackle the problem within the organization. Action research has promoted education in the society and clarified some modern systems that develop actions strategies and putting the methods in the practice which has helped most students to achieve their goals in the future.

Teachers use action research in classroom to help them to have better hands-on contact with the students to find solutions in the results that every student in the class is performing in particular question (Stringer, 2013). The reason why I choose this topic is that it has helped the education sector and it has boosted the valuable education to the classroom and it has helped the whole class to achieve and fulfill their goals. Action research has supported my future goals as a student and it has helped me to recognize the way of looking solutions in education and it has created love in the classroom and also created love between teachers and students. Also, action research has helped me to reflect on my practices of achieving my future goals and also valued the conduct education settings and it is simple to plan the actions.
