High school graduates should not work after they graduate because they still have that experience/ information lingering in their heads |
Might not go back to college |
If you take a job right after high school, you may find yourself putting it off year after year, and it could hurt you in the long run. |

Some studies have shown that many students who wait instead of going to college immediately after high school never end up going at all |

If you do not go to college right after high school, you could miss out on some life-changing experiences that can shape who you are and what you believe in. |

More Stress |

The purpose of a job is to give a little more freedom by earning their own money. If they never have time to spend that money having fun, what is the point? |

Studies show kids who work are actually at increased risk of drinking alcohol or using drugs. |

If they take a gap year all this information that is in their minds will fade away. |
By taking a gap year after high school, the knowledge that they just gained will fade away and will not be in their minds anymore. |

In order for all this newfound knowledge to stay in their minds they need to keep studying. |

Taking a gap year and not studying will cause the brain to think there will be no more knowledge to feed it so it will get rid of the rest of the info. |

High school graduates should go into college right after HS because they will receive more benefits in the long run |
Lower income |
The more education you complete, the more likely you are to be employed and earn a higher salary compared to those who are less educated. |

Staying in school allows you to hone and perfect basic skills. |

As the job market continues to shift from physical labor to more specialized forms of employment, the skills learned in school are invaluable to obtaining employment and experiencing success. |

Perks Make a Difference |
college graduates are also more likely to receive perks, such as health insurance benefits, from their employers |

You won’t be able to receive the two free years at community college. |
