Identify Risk Factors
According to the Chinese stroke screening project, Stroke was stated as one of the leading diseases that are at the forefront of causing death in china. Unfortunately, this has also emerged to be a global burden that is associated with disability and limits other body functions. Based on the statistic, most of the affected people are the aged population, mainly from the age of 65 years. Nevertheless, it can also affect the young generation and children since it are happening at random. Patients who suffer from this illness have a significant challenge with the vascular system, and this has been predominating for the last two decades now. China has a population of about 1.35 billion, and more, it's a well-developed economic status. The majority affected groups are low income and middle-level income, as stated in the demographic research and analysis. However, according to research that was done in 2010, Stroke has replaced ischemic heart disease, which had to cause numerous deaths in china (Benjamin, 2019).
Numerous factors are associated with this condition. Ideally, Stroke majorly attacks the brain, and this leads to a limited or no blood supply in the affected body part. In this regard, blood carries essential nutrients and oxygen and supplies them to the brain. Without an adequate blood supply, brain cells are damaged, destroyed, and cease to carry out the different functions of the body. Cerebrovascular accident also affects brain control s; this has a negative implication on how one thing, feels and communicates. When someone is diagnosed with a stroke condition, locomotion is affected greatly especially the right leg. China survey unit for Stroke has proved that blood flow blockage in the brain leads to Ischemic Stroke and Hemorrhagic Stroke. This form of obstruction emerges from blood clotting in the mind and blockage from tiny blood vessels called which cause a lacunar stroke. Besides that, there is a measurable risk that comes along with a stroke attack. They include hypertension and diabetes, heart diseases, overweight, and other predictive conditions.
Identify the Determinants of Health
In China, about 70% of the people that suffer from Stroke have a range of 65 years and above. It's true indeed that there is a close relationship between Stroke and age. Therefore Stroke is diagnosed after a close examination of the patient's symptoms, patents history, and scrutiny of blood and image testing. Amongst the reason that makes the population of the age to be a higher risk of getting a stroke attack is high cholesterol in the body and continuous smoking, especially in the northern part of China. Besides that older adults suffers from high blood pleasure, which is a leading factor to Stroke. Numbness, weakness, tingling, and poor visions make the patient suffer from constant headaches, balance problems because of the brain injuries associated with Stroke. This poses a significant risk to the aging population and increases the chances of death and permanent disabilities. The current situation in China is a clear indication of the reason behind the increase in stroke cases. People have adopted poor diets and have not been going for a regular checkup to establish the state of their health condition (Wedro, 2019).
Various factors determine that influences the state of health in china. This is inclusive of social factors such as income and food insecurity and inaccessible nutrition food of choice. Despite the applied efforts of the society having a deterministic system, stroke condition has remained a critical and an issue of concern. Nevertheless, the healthcare unit is transforming to value-based models that are profound on accountability health responsibility. Typically healthcare units have now taken a population overview of enhancing health and promoting value drive strategies to eliminate changes of a stroke attack. This approach includes having an education system that has incorporated knowledge’s on how lay preventive measures and more so stay in a safe environment. Importantly maintaining healthy diets and constant checkups safeguard chances of attack (Bank, W2019).
Assessment of the issue
Taking assessment and critical considerations into account, the population need civic education on the risk associated with the condition. In this sense, recommendations and alternative formulate designs should be shared with the community for empowerment cases. The government of China should participate in the process of carrying out sensitization and campaign awareness in the country. The heath issue is linked up with the body system and brain functionalities. As a result, stroke cause causes limited blood supply in the brain, thus cutting, thus causing body malfunction. One of the significant evidence of stroke condition is the weakening of the affected body muscles and vacuities. In this case, brain cells do not receive an adequate supply of oxygen and nutrients (Jing, 2018).
This condition applies to patients at different levels and more the elderly who forms a high percentage. Various changes can be undertaken to eliminate and reduce changes in Stroke in China. This includes treating associated illness such as hypertension and high blood pleasure. The doctor helps with a working strategy and appropriate medication to reduce the risk. Heart diseases and disorders such as a coronary artery, irregular heartbeat, and valve defect should be treated o time before blood blockage. Lastly warning from history and TIA stroke should be taken seriously. It includes physical activities, cholesterol balancing, and adhering to the government road map of eliminating Stroke and increasing survival rate for the victims (Martha, 2020).
