Abstract

The advancement of technologies has redefined the manner in which business organize its processes, assets and other item in line with its current and future objectives. Zenith Pharmaceutical is among the organizations that planning to adopt Enterprise Architecture technology which is used to align its activities and operation to the mission. The purpose of this research paper is to assess the company’ Enterprise Architecture for growth, profitability and efficiency. The specific focus will the return on investment (ROI) of the Enterprise Architecture and the number of business processes that Enterprise Architecture has the capacity to connect business processes in all the branches of Zenith Pharmaceutical. A cross-sectional analysis will be carried out on the company’s net profits for the past years to determine the profitability of Enterprise Architecture. The findings from this study will help Zenith Pharmaceutical to make information on whether to adopt Enterprise Archtecture.
