Differences between Arabic and American culture
Many scholars have tried their best in trying to analyze the various types of food that are found in the world. Some articles try to compare and contrast practices concerning how the food is prepared and how they are consumed. There is a lot of debate regarding the comparison between the Arabic and the American diets. The meal between those countries is very different.
The people in the US are typically used to fast foods as compared to any other type of food while in Arabia its inhabitants are used to fatty foods like shawarma, kabsah, and mandy. The food in both nations is arguably unhealthy since they both contain a lot of fats that are very harmful to human life. A lot of difference also emerge on these two varied groups since the Arabs are used to a lot of spices unlike the Americans
There is very significant uniqueness in the Arabic and the American culture. To begin with, it is the common knowledge that the Arabs have various types of healthy foods, which is mostly salads and is full of useful ingredients which builds up the human body. The food that we eat has less fat and more nutrients like iron. We also have various types of salads like tabule and fatoosh which comes right from the farm that is mostly fresh unlike coming out right from the factories in smaller portions. A number of scholars are trying to solve the unhealthy habits of Western people, while some of them are taking from other cultures and try to discover lots of stuff to be healthy and try to get fit. To conclude, there has been very minimal changes in the culture of the American people even in the present day. People are still having these unhealthy habits of eating which has now taken excellent control of their culture.
