Research Paper on IT Strategic Plan on Google Devices

The paper discusses about strategic planning on how Google Home has expanded its capabilities into other devices like smart thermostats, cameras, doorbells, alarm systems, locks, smoke detectors, and CO alarms. With the help of these devices Google home used the Next application to build the Google Home hub which will improve the business and profits of the company .The purpose of this research is to provide the strategic planning of Google Home to support Google Home vision and mission and also  to align business strategy and Information strategy, formulates Information strategy or Information technologies business strategy, Information strategy or Information technologies management strategy. The result is five strategies that can be input for future Google Home development. The five strategies are: (1) Utilizing the advantages of technological innovation to improve the competitiveness of Google Home; (2) Utilizing the benefits of technological innovation to continuously manage and update database of next research results; (3) Increasing the number of technologies for human resources to build their own home hub app results; (4) Exploring the utilization of google technologies to develop science and technology facilities from upstream to downstream; (5) Building infrastructure to improve products across the company. There are few Information strategy or Information technologies strategic planning for Google Home which should be applied to make proper business processes.
