Applied Business Project Grading Guidelines
If a paper does not have any errors, you should include “NE” (no errors) in the error code
column.
Every paper you are assigned should have at least one item (“NE” or one or more error codes) in
the error code column.
1. Enter the individual numeric codes that are appropriate.
2. If a Question was left unanswered, just enter the code for that Question (e.g.: 20)
3. Be sure to enter applicable codes individually, do not use hyphens (ie: if tasks 21, 22, and 23 were all
left undone, put it down as 21, 22, 23 AND NOT as 21-23)
4. Do not use any codes which are not listed
5. If you find multiple files from a student, grade the last one submitted
6. If ANY part of the submission can be graded, please do so, entering appropriate error codes for all
missing materials. If NOTHING can be graded then use error code 91. If you use error code 91 there
should be no other error codes because nothing can be graded by definition.
7. If the file is a pages file and you have a wind0ows computer and cannot open, please use this link to
convert it so it can be opened (do NOT use error code 91): https://cloudconvert.com/pages-to-doc
8. If you have concerns about a paper/papers that you feel should be escalated, please email your
distributing TA with all the details and the papers attached.
9. Error codes 98&99 will be done automatically, you do not need to enter it.
