Question one: After watching the video clip of Bissell’s brothers brewing company explain their planning process.

Everything began just as an idea for the Bissell’s brothers as both had an increased craving for beer. As Noah was so much focused on improving his living standards right after school and getting where his brother was he decided to share his idea on beer brewing which made his brother happy too. Though the idea seemed easy there were quite challenges as they were unable to meet the needs of the customers and satisfy them fully (Cengage Learning Management Profile, 2014). Both brothers played various roles whereby Noah was concerned on the field of recipes while Peter carried out the sales and marketing of their product starting with their first company at Maine. In addition, the Bissell brothers brewing company makes the transportation activity of their products by themselves up to the desired destinations for customers. Peter and Noah are still on move in making more sales on different parts of the country so as to satisfy the needs of their customers. Hence step by step they are moving forward to making huge sales thus able to open more companies at different places.

Question two: In own opinion what should be the mission statement for Bissell Brothers brewing company.

The good mission statement for a company can either astonish or transform the business for a better outfit in the future. Owing that mission statement should have three essential parts that are; a statement concerning the mission of the company, core values statement and lastly aims and objectives statement of the company. Hence so as to make a good statement for the Bissell’s brothers brewing company the three components should be entailed. "Our mission is to become one of the global friendly and trusted companies in the provision of best drinks for our customers". I think such a mission statement would suit Bissell's brothers' brewing company and help them expand in the future.
